This project was developed in the context of an intensive bootcamp, where in 5 days we designed an innovative digital solution to improve mental health and reduce anxiety, exploring different formats such as app, web, or wearable.
The focus was on understanding how stress affects different user profiles, with the goal of creating a useful, empathetic, and easy-to-integrate solution through daily habits and practical actions.
Additionally, the proposal sought to differentiate itself from existing tools, committed to an intuitive, attractive, and motivating experience that accompanies the user in their emotional wellbeing.
