This project was developed within the context of an intensive bootcamp, where in 5 days we designed an innovative digital solution to improve mental health and reduce anxiety, exploring different formats such as apps, websites, or wearables.
The focus was centered on understanding how stress affects different user profiles, with the goal of creating a useful, empathetic solution that is easy to integrate into daily life through practical habits and actions.
Additionally, the project sought to differentiate the proposal from existing tools, betting on an intuitive, attractive, and motivating experience that accompanies the user in their emotional well-being.
